That makes it hard to find the one you’re looking for, so thankfully this year’s version adds search. Search for Guided Edits-These step-by-step sophisticated effects have gotten so numerous with more coming in years of Elements updates. It lets you animate a selected object in the image, rather than overlaying animated particles the way the earlier tool did. Moving Elements-This new feature is related to but different from Moving Photos. The program is already chockablock with photo tools and effects, but the 2023 update adds not only new creative tools, but-most excitingly-introduces a companion mobile app and a beta web version of the program.
